Did anyone on methotrexate observe their cell counts dropping?

If you mean your white cell count.. then yes mine quite frequently drops below normal range

Unfortunately it's not at all uncommon when taking Mtx but as long as your levels don't continue dropping and/or get too far below normal then it's not (usually) too much to worry about...

Just occasionally, people do end up with levels so low that they have to discontinue the Mtx but in my case, my GP usually just recommends more regular blood tests to monitor things for a while and, so far at least, my levels have always bounced back up again after a month or so...
