Just received my Vitamin D in case anyone was wondering if it was a genuine offer from Government. I’m pleased and will give them a try my Dr said it’s fine with all the other meds I’m on .... I hope you’ve all received yours too x keep safe x

Good to hear Hocus-pocus, love your name! Do you have to be s certain age to receive them? When I was first diagnosed with RA the doctors out me on them, but after 3 years they said I have to come off them! Good luck 😁

I signed up for them too after receiving The offer with last shielding letter. Nothing received yet, but I did get m6 daughter to buy me some while I wait

Can you tell me what strength the tablets are? I buy them from the local health shop and just want to know if I'm getting a good enough dose.

There have been accusations that the government recommendations regarding dose are inadequate. There are some informative videos such as this one which although from the US correlates with articles I have read elsewhere. Unless you have certain cancers (I think sarcoma?) it is not likely that overdose would ever occur.youtube.com/watch?v=ha2mLz-...(Not working as expected?)
