Thanks guys for the replies to the Health care at Home delivery service. So I emailed them as I could not face speaking to them yet again without ranting at them.

Email reply back with apologies and them stating it would be a permanent set up for a Monday evening after 6pm. This is what I was told the 2 times I have had to chase them and sort this. So I wonder what their define of permanent is !

Fingers crossed for the 9th Nov then.

Glad you phoned them. Sometimes you speak to someone who isn’t in the know of everything (even if they should know about evenings deliveries! It’s not uncommon for people to arrive home from work after 6pm!) and then you speak to someone who arranges everything for you no problem! It can be very hit and miss. They have got much better for me tbh in the last couple of years. I hope this actually happens and no more need to chase then up. 🤨 Do they send you the text reminders? I can’t recall what you said re that on the other post. Good luck.
