Hi everyone

Any suggestions for fingerless gloves

I have RA and work in retail and wondering if anybody had any suggestions for fingerless gloves I could wear.

Thank you in advance

Compression fingerless gloves - my favourites are Duer Or IMAK but there are lots on Amazon

These are really good - I was given mine by the OT at the hospital, the only thing is they are very expensive and they are usually sold as single gloves so you would obviously have to buy two, but check as different places are different prices. They really are very good.

I like the Isotoner ones that springcross recommended. They cover my wrists too which is what I need.Mine are skintone coloured and have the seams on the outside so they don't rub where your hands are swollen. I was given mine by the Hand Therapist and she advised me to sleep in them if my hands were bhhurting and keeping me awake. They wash easily and dry very quickly. I also have some cheapish ones I bought on Amazon but I don't think they are as comfortable.

It would depend on what purpose you want the gloves for? Do your hands get cold, is it to help with pain or swelling? I would speak to an OtT as they can best advise you what would be the right thing for you. Compression gloves are good for swelling but are expensive to buy if they’re not what is needed😊

I love these! I treated myself to another pair in the summer sale and can't wait for the weather to get cold enough to wear them!! So soft and comfy, and no finger restrictions.

Thermoskin gloves, you can buy off amazon, are so great! They have little bumps on the outside so help with grip too. My OT sent me a pair, then I bought a pair for my Grandma and within 2 days she said she didn’t know how she’d ever coped without them (helped her to sew and all sorts).

Turtle Doves...they were developed for people with arthritis...I think...but are all made from upcycled Cashmere jumpers and convert into wrist warmers too!

Ooh sorry just seen that pino99 posted about them. They occasionally let you send in an old jumper in exchange for a pair of gloves 🙂
