Well that was a interesting message i got back from the gp she rates me as medium to high risk , so as i thought im between two , however i spoke to my company and they are nervous about allowing me to return to work due to the kind of job i do . So had to clarify my job with the GP and see if she is still happy for me to return to work . Part of it is a company does have a h & S consideration to make as well . so could be off against doctors orders i will wait and see
