Hello, so sorry for not responding sooner but I just saw your message.
I was on Imraldi for 14 weeks with no significant improvement then changed to Benepali, whilst continuing with sulfasalazine and lefleunamide, in February. Initially there was some improvement...less noticeable swelling/inflammation but that was short lived. The positive impact lasted for around 3 weeks and now itโs back as bad as ever. Lots of swelling - knees, hands, elbows and the pain is pretty constant. Neither drug had any impact on the relentless exhaustion. One thing I did notice about the benepali injection was that the delivery pen was much harder to use than the Imraldi. It seemed stiffer and as a result my poor hubby has to give me my injection each week as I donโt have the grip to do it myself. Anyway, Iโve a telephone appointment with rheumatologist on Monday (due to being shielded) and will see what he says.
I hope your experience has been more positive.
Stay safe ๐
