Oh God, really? they're not bumpy or anything, just a weird colour...will try to get a picture!

It does sound like fungal infections... best get diagnosed and treat it fast. I bought a fungal nail treatment pen from Boots: contains ‘nibs’ and nail files, full instructions, five week treatment.
