another review with work

Well i had a day off sick last week i physically could not get out of bed i had no energy what so ever and its triggered another review with my boss . the last time she did not give be the warning but this time i not so sure and yes i am taking representation in as well . I Cannot wait for the warmer weather i leave to go to work about 4.30 in the morning the cold and damp instantly getting into my joints . hopefullt it will get better when i move back to my normal ohours since it weold mean i can take my time getting up as well also it should be warmer .

On a funny note i know glow in the dark i have just had a DEXa , not at the request of my consultent but the prastice nurse and surprise suprise its normal but i could of told them that .

I am really sorry to hear that you had another review with work. I am really sorry as not sure of what has been happening with your workplace. Have you had an occupational health assessment and assessment from access to work to see if there are any reasonable adjustments that can be put into place. It seems unfair that you are being reviewed when you have a chronic condition. Thinking of you.

wellive had my review and we have agreed that while i cover the other persons holiday im fine doing it a couple of a weeks a time , because he was off for 10 months am ive covered it it has thrown up some aspects that no off us have considered . so after next week back to my normal hours so i dont have to get up so early hopefully this should simmer it down waiting for my sterods for a short course from the GP as well
