I have tried everything including boron no side effects but it didn’t help. Like most things just because it didn’t work for me doesn’t mean others may see some benefits. You won’t know till you try.

In general the evidence is very low for supplements being of any great use. If you eat a good diet with appropriate fresh foods then you should be getting an adequate amount. Spend your money on an apple a day....

This is a supplement beloved by Osteoporosis sufferers who don't want to use Bisphonates or the like. I don't think it's much help for RD though

I know its used to stop the Nuclear Reaction in Power Station emergencies. But my husband refused to bring home a sample. lol x I'm interested as this must be a powerful substance.

nope, but did read that 'we' may be low on minerals inc iron, magnesium, zinc , so got me a supply from a reputable company and my mood and energy certainly improved nov -december. Forgot to pack them for month in Alicante in january... and did notice a difference, so restarted now i'm back and am on a roll. as J107 says things work for some, not others and these are only 'food supplements' but 4me they seem to make a difference. co. is N..Best in case ads are banned here. Course it may be that the difference is due to a change in my attitude to 'stuff' but don't care :)) x
