Rituximab quandary

I've been on Orencia for about 3 years and I've never really felt that it was super effective, but continued it along with sulfasalazine and hydroxy. I received a steroid injection into my hip a few weeks ago and within days my old rings fit again and a pair of my boots were much more comfortable. Due to this, my Rheumatologist suggested that I stop Orencia and start rituximab. I've failed several other DMARDS and biologics, but am not officially RA or Lupus. My diagnosis is UCTD. While I've had multiple surgeries to correct joint issues, I don't feel as though I'm worthy of this treatment path. I'm not in a wheelchair or unable to work. I function fairly normally, though there are days when I'm more uncomfortable and back when symptoms first set in, my daily life was affected more significantly. I'm having difficulty sorting out this option. Please help if you have any words of wisdom for me. I'm not sure what to do. My doctor has left it up to me. Thank you in advance. 😘
