I don’t use them but our golden retriever has them daily and has done really well. Perhaps I should share hers🤔.

I use a product daily called extra strength Curamin by Terry Naturally which contains boswellia. I can definitely tell when I forget to take it but it does not act like a pain pill. It simply makes my aches and pain a little easier to tolerate. I decided to use it as a supplement instead of an as needed thing like an NSAID due to the expense. I’m not sure what the effect would be if I took several at a time a few times a day other than an empty wallet. :)

I take it as read and heard positive - plus there didn't appear to be any side effects, but check with your consultant.

I take many other supplements also, to be honest, so it may be hard to determine solely if it helps, but I feel it plays a part in reducing my joint pain. I would continue to feature it in my routine of beneficial supplements. All the best 😌Hessie

I use it along with turmeric curcumin as they ease stiffness, not pain, for me; better than Celicoxib.
