Is it ok to take CBD oil with warfarin? I was about to take turmeric but everyone seems to think it is wrong, has anyone found CBD oil effective?

I also take methotrexate

We can’t advise whether it’s ok or not, it’s best to speak to your doctors.

If you put CBD into the search box then posts about it will show. There’s been quite a few 😊

No! You must not take CBD oil with warfarin. I'm not usually so definite about a question, I’d suggest you’d ask your GP or Rheumy as a rule but you can get into real trouble with these two. If you're wanting to add any supplement or alternative with any of your regular meds you really ought ask your prescriber, in this case I would think it would be your GP.

BUT definitely ask whoever prescribed your warfarin. 🙂

Just looked it up in the book I bought about CBD. It says that levels of warfarin can be increased in people taking cannabis so you need to carefully monitor the amount of warfarin you're taking.....so it's probably a NO, I think.

I'd certainly check with your prescribing GP...
