Pernaton gel

Has anyone tried this product for painful hands. I have RA, and my hands get v sore in cold weather, or if I overdo things like chopping veg etc. My neighbour swears by it. Another product Green lipped mussel is a recommendation, but I am cautious, I am on MTX 20 mgm weekly Thanks!

I've used Pernaton Gel for a while now after another member mentioned it. It's all relative really. It helps if the pain isn't chronic but if it is then it doesn't do enough. I'm off my NSAID at the mo & not much is helping my hands, not even Voltarol 2.32% but I am using them a lot just now so hardly surprising. It is worth trying though. Pernaton is made from green lipped mussel extract too. Not sure of percentage I’m afraid if you're wanting to compare with others available.

I'm also on 20mg MTX, plus others & have RD & OA.

I'm intrigued why your Related Tags includes sexually transmitted infections! 😳

Hi, yes I’ve used it and it seemed to work on muscles with fibromyalgia we used it for a long time, ask your go, it might be Raynards, I go through for years and when your hands do get really really sore and even in summer with a slight breeze it hurts lolPhilip
