Bit of a random post, but we all know our RA meds can some time play havoc with our tummies. I have been taking Peppermint oil gel capsules and they seem to be doing me the world of good! No iffy tummy! Thought I would share! I knew they are also good for digestion and if you suffer with IBS.

Just as a caution, if you are taking NSAIDs there can be an interaction with peppermint oil, possibly increasing side effects of meds and affecting the absorption of your meds. ☺️ glad it’s been working for you. All the best.

I suffer from scar tissue due to major tummy surgery and have had several visits to hospital due to a blocked bowel through this. Excrutiating pain, nausea and bloating. I have been using peppermint oil since my last attack and can honestly say it helps a lot with the cramps and bloating associated with my stomach issues.
