Morning all. Am starting my 3rd biologic soon. I had Benepali, taken off after 5 injections. Then I had Actemra, taken off after 5 injections. Fingers crossed, Orancia next. My white cells kept dropping. 0.5. The last one seemed to be working too. What a shame. My white cells, neutrophils, are very sensitive apparently. My bloods come back up again when I'm not taking them, so they know it's the biologic. Has anyone else had this, I'm hoping it's just a question of finding the right one that can leave my dodgy white cells alone. Thanks all. This is a really helpful forum.

Hi there
One of our NRAS Telephone Support Volunteers has this particular issue you are describing and she was eventually was put on to Abatacept (Orencia), which has been working for her for the last couple of years. Everyone is different, but hopefully this may be the one to work for you too.
If you would like to speak to her we would very happily arrange a call - if you are living in the UK. Just send an email to helpline@nras.org.uk and we can get the ball rolling.
Best wishes
Kim (NRAS)
