Well was at an appointment with my rheumy this morning and all is gonna change. I have been on sulpha and hydroxy for just 3 months and told her about my bad jaw pains and hands, fingers and shoulders so I got x rays of my hands and feet then a good ole steriod shot in the backside. The last one I got was last June and will be going back to see her soon to be taught how to inject methotrexate. I was taken of this before because of neausia so they will be starting me on this aswell as my other two meds. Therefore its like a triple whammy the thing is I am worried now as I will be starting a new job soon and I hope all this does not make me feel ill again but I do need to sort out the RA flares. Hopefully the nausia tablets will help so fingers crossed . Anyone else been taken mtx shot with sulpha and hydroxy ? Did it help and were you feelling nausious? Please let me know. Cheers

I was on that same triple therapy for 8 years, and was in remission for 5 of them....it can work very well!
Same as helix, I was on a triple therapy and after changing from MTX tablets to injections, the nausea practically disappeared within a month or so. I took folic acid every day except injection day. That helped a lot. Good luck.
