I bought lovely compression socks from amazon and they were not expensive although they are only ankle socks. I love them, I sometimes feel they’re the only thing holding my poor feet together. Have you tried knee length socks? I’m wondering if they would be too tight at the knees.

Think mine are listed as plantar fasciitis socks. Had that two years ago, got rd if that then got tendonitis in my right foot August then again the other foot a few weeks ago. Got it sort of sorted then went for a long and uphill walk and it’s back. Very annoying, painful too.

Depends a bit where they’re coming from. Read the terms and conditions very very carefully if you haven’t used a well known supplier like Amazon or EBay. The saying if it looks too good to be true, then it probably is. My husband recently had surgery and had to wear these for a month afterwards; these were long and reached mid thigh. I have my doubts as to whether ankle length socks would lessen the chance of DVT occurring.

yep embriony sometimes my ankles swell bad so i was just thinking of trying them them chinese ones are brill as long leg is down after rest only pound a pair dont ladder or crinkle on leg
