the stiffness in the mornings isn't as bad, its in the parts its messed up, like elbow and places, like that's bent went I wake up but my body doesn't feel so stiff
the place I have had it or got it? ( don't know which way) are still sore but in myself I don't feel ill
when I feel like this I think has it gone?
I even had fish and chips yesterday, although it was gluten free batter on the fish
I don't feel worse from it.

I haven't had chips for 3 months, it wasn't as lovely as I thought it would be, the thought of it was better :O)
at the moment I wondering if its gone and if I need drugs now, but I know I have been here before, I have GP appointment to start the H drug on Tuesday so will see how things go till then

RA is a disease that fluctuates, so quite normal that you feel good for a time. But it doesn't mean its gone. Your diet may have helped calm things, but equally it could be silently working away causing damage. Have you had recent blood tests to check where you are?
