Morning all,i hope i find you all as best as you can be.Well here i am in Skegness on the last holiday of the year. We are only away for a week. The journey up here was very very difficult for my back. I felt every pothole and bump in the road. Even when we have been out it had been hard. I have a neck pillow on to protectmy neck and padding on the seat formy back. Also for my birthday my hubby and daughter brought me a padded seat for the car so though it has helped even if it i still feel every hole in the road. Yesterday we went to a lovely little watermill. It is a real lovely secret. There are loads of wildfowl,swand,herons,pink flamingo(asleep all the time i tried to take a photo of it) chickens,various ducks. Meerkats,a wallaby,goats,parrots, We fed the birds and to be honest one of the highlights of our holiday so far. We had ploughmans lunch which was lovely and well presented. Tuesday we went to a seal and wildlife sanctuary. There was also meerkats,goats and chickens,but they had lemurs,lynx, rabbits,guinea pigs, and numerous other animals i can't remember. I wish i could say my back was any better,but it isn't,but i am not going to let it spoil this break. Today we are going to a aircraft museum. Not sure what i can expect as having never been to one. We are spending the day with my friend from when our children were little and she moved back here when her marriage collapsed,so a trip up here is always a chance to catch up.

Glad you enjoyed your holiday it sounds lovely. Can I ask you about your back and what is wrong with it. I started with back pain nearly two weeks ago that has gone worse every day to the point that I’ve been only pain free ish on my bed. Had an X-ray which showed up a wedge crushed vertebrae some osteoarthritis and slight scoliosis. Gp gave me pregablin and I had to ask for something else because I was in agony so got oramorph. I still can’t walk without being in complete agony all down my leg and back. Had to wait for a MRI so my brother is paying for me a private one tomorrow. I’m hoping this isn’t my life now the RA is bad enough. Sorry for the essay. xx
