I love Almond milk...there’s so many varieties to choose from now of diary free milk...Alpro have a good Range but most supermarkets have their ranges too. Good luck going diary free...I like a bit of cheese and the odd icecream so can’t go completely diary free! 🙈😊

I was told by dr that to leave dairy alone, then after a few months I found that I was lactose intolerant not dairy intolerant, it has worked for me I just buy lacto free foods. I realise that not is the case for everyone but worth a try. The dr now agrees with me.

Lactose free or oat milk.

We use vitalite sunflower spread at snack time (I teach reception) and the children we’ve had with dairy intolerance have had soya milk or oat milk (make sure you shake it well!!). Alpro yoghurts are quite good. Good luck

I use sunflower spread and soya milk usually supermarkets own brand soya - it's fine!

Gotta say I don't like the cheese substitutes at all and chees is the only dairy I have but I really watch the amounts! M x

There are so many dairy milk alternatives these days ... I use a number of different ones; rice, almond, oat and coconut, there’s even a coconut/rice mix which I love. Try one at a time and see what you prefer. Do t forget to read the ingredients, as some makes have added sugar and lots of other additives, which I avoid. Have fun trying. 😊

I have been dairy free for years and it helps a lot. Almond milk is lovely. There’s also coconut milk, cashew milk, oat milk.

Instead of butter I use coconut butter which is so awesome for everything including cooking with. There’s coconut yogurt and ice cream. There’s lots of dairy free cheeses out there too.

I personally steer away from soy related products as they can be an allergen.

You could even make your own almond milk!

Oat milk as it’s not sweet. Try the barista version if you can find it (I can only find in Waitrose or acado)
