So, had my hysteroscopy...ultrasound all ok and biopsy benign, just left with uterine fibroids and ovarian cyst. Should I still be worried that in the space of five months my CA125 has risen from 35 to 65 to 165 to 685 and most recently after the hysteroscopy to 795. Neither my brilliant Gynae and Rheumy seem concerned or discuss it, I have now left it with my GP.

Have you asked them point blank whether this is due to the benign cyst and fibroids? Or why they are not worried?

And will you be having fibroids & cyst removed....just in case.

Just leaving well alone but I have asked my GP to look into CA125 and he's writing to my Gynae.
