Well you lovely people, I have to tell you that this is my last week at NRAS. I am giving up work to spend more time with family. Before I go just a few words. Make the most of NRAS, especially the helpline. Everyone that works there is totatlly dedicated to helping people. No hidden agendas, just really dedicated people.
Believe in science, not all scientists are evil. Most of us also just want to help.
Doctors in the pockets of big pharma? Realistically how is that possible? Think about it. Millions of doctors worldwide all being paid by pharma!!!!???? The pharmaceutical companies would go broke.
If it sounds too good to be true, then usually it is.
Trust your own instincts.
Respect one another.
Support one another.
Be tolerant of one another.
If it works for you, fabulous, but over the last 41/2 years I have learnt that what works for one person does not necessarily work for another. There is no universal panacea (yet!)
So farewell and I hope that you continue to gain much needed help and support through this site.
Regards
Beverley

Aw Beverley, you'll be missed, not only as an adminstrator but also a fair mediator. Excellent final notes you're leaving us with though, proper common sense.
Enjoy time with your family, there's nothing more important. x
Well you wonderful person, so many words of wisdom and common sense. Thank you for that and all your good work for NRAS and us lot. Hopefully you won't get withdrawal symptoms and login, just to have a look, you know! I wish you all the very best and happiness. Enjoy!
