Oh just had a work out with my new phyo since my other one has moved out the area. Wow he is rough my other one was lovely she not like him. he kept saying no pain no gain. I’m in total agony now 😂

He does know you've got RD does he? If you decide to go back I think you had better remind him of painful joints and maybe put in a complaint if he doesn't ease up on you. My physio was a darling and, if I was 30 years younger, quite fanciable.

My other one was lovely had her for 2 yrs but this one seems a bit text bookie. I had to tell him off few times for his grip. He says ppl with arthritis should try keep fit abit more to keep your joints moving My son said same when he popped round to see me. I should complain or ask for someone else x

Keeping moving is obviously a good thing but gripping you so that it hurts is not. I think I'd give him fair warning that he's hurting you and if things don't change, put in a complaint. Wishing you better

No he don’t mean moving he says walking don’t do much. He not happy cus when I sit down I use my hands but I thought everyone did lol x
