JDQuinn75, sorry can't find any other way to post this for you to see.

This is my foot , shows the spur under the heel and the spur coming out of the back of heel which is responsible for the Achilles tendinitis .

This is why I think you really need to see gp and force the issue for an X-ray . If you have the same as me no cushioning will fix it .

I am suffering with this for a third time and tbh find nothing much helps. Think you are right about the X-ray.

Phillylou , I see the spur you're talking about now. At the time I was on the app om my iPhone reading your post you sent me. But now that I pulled it up on my iMac I can see your X-ray and yes it clearly show a the bone spur in your foot . There's been no chance what so ever today with the pain I'm having in my right foot. So needless to say I've been using the crutches when I need to get up . I'm only wondering at this point if I should see a pediatrist or an orthopedic dr. about the pain that I'm having in my right foot. X-rays haven't been don on mine as of yet to see what causing the problem. Having to move around on the crutches is keeping weight off my effected foot but also handicaps me from doing what I want or need to do. It's a good thing I've had the crutches on hand because if I didn't I'd be lost without them. Sad to say but true as of right now. I'm sure hoping for a better day in the morning with in hopes that it doesn't hurt like hell whenI get up. During the night tho I do keep the crutches by my bed in case I'm needing to get up during the night. I've had this for a good while and am tired of having to get around on the crutches do to this.
