Hello!
My knees have been quite sore recently and this is a new thing for me! I started experiencing problems in January. I am 24 but feel closer to 80 at the moment! With regards to my knees, i am in pain bending, walking and sitting- trying to sit, i.e. toilet, is particularly sore.
I have had very sore feet and toes so I bought skechers trainers. They have been such a relief! But I was wondering could they be affecting my knees? Recentlyy my calfs have been very tender to touch, even though my exercise levels have not increased.
Since I became unwell in January, I have been finding this problem (whatever type it is) quite weird/strange because some days a completely new area of my body can hurt and I don't know why. I don't want to sound like a hypochondriac! I am just tired from being sore all of the time ☹
I have an app with a Rheumatologist at the end of April. I don't know what type of autoimmune problem I have, but any kind advice would be appreciated. Currently I am just consuming codeine and paracemtol throughout the day and going to my bed straight after work. I am hoping someone might have a magic trick or tip that will make things easier! ☺
Thanks.
