Have you tried doing yoga? I find it good pain relief, it targets different parts of the body e.g. painful knees and ankles etc. Try it out on YouTube there is a wealth of different lessons on there even ones targeting arthritis suffers

Was given excercises for Plantar fasciitis which I did religiously for a year 'till it hurt too much, even though the pain I had after being on it a while and the swelling were not typical of it.

Had a knee replacement where they found dead bone in my knee. Some connection to RA. They then scanned and X rayed my ankle- dead bone in there too and inflammation. Foot surgeon said there is nothing to do, but I can use it as I like and will do no damage.

Worth trying for an appnt with rheumatologist, who set this all off for me. Had to go privately to see him tho' as clinic couldn't give me an appointment!! Good luck !
