NRAS Group Meetings— Week Commencing 19th March 2018

Swansea NRAS Group

Meetings are held at Sketty Parish Centre, De La Beche Road, Sketty, Swansea, SA2 9AR once every other month on a Monday, please see meeting dates and times below. Car parking adjacent and full disabled access.

19th March 7:30-9pm - Guest speaker: Dr Laura Newington, will present: 'A GP's view of RA' (20 mins and questions)

East Dorset NRAS Group

The East Dorset group meet socially for coffee from 11am at Stewarts Garden Centre, Lyndhurst Road, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 4SA and also Haskins Garden Centre, Longham, Ferndown, Dorset BH22 9DG.

Next coffee morning: Tuesday 20th March 11am at Stewarts Garden Centre

Three Counties NRAS Group

This group meets at St. Francis Church Hall, 121 Upper Chobham Road, Frimley, Surrey, GU15 1EE bi-monthly on a Tuesday from 7:00pm-9:00pm. Meetings are open to anyone living with RA, JIA and inflammatory arthritis.

20th March - Guest speaker: Consultant Rheumatologist Dr Ishita Patel, from Wexham Park Hospital

Torbay NRAS Group

This group hold their meetings at: Barton Baptist Church, Happaway Road, Barton, Torquay, TQ2 8HJ (lots of parking and access from the car park to the entrance is level - there is a lift to the upstairs main hall) once every other month on a Tuesday from 7:00-9:00pm.

20th March - Guest speakers: Alison Stokes and Lorraine Richardson, Rheumatology Research Nurses, Torbay & South Devon NHS Foundation Trust (Torbay Hospital) will present: 'Rheumatology Research'

Oldham NRAS Group

The Oldham NRAS Group hold meetings once every other month from 7:00pm-8:30pm at The Link Centre, Union St, Oldham OL1 1DZ.

Wednesday 21st March - Guest speaker: Chris Lofthouse, from Rica, a consumer research charity, will present 'Information on easy to use products, services & consumer rights'

West Wales NRAS Group

The West Wales NRAS Group have a new venue for 2018! Meetings now held at: The Picton Centre, 104 Freemans Way, Haverfordwest, SA61 1UG and will take place once every other month on a Wednesday from 6:30pm.

21st March - Guest speaker: Dave Edwards, Pharmacist

Heart of England (Solihull) NRAS Group

This NRAS group meets on a Wednesday once a month at Solihull Women’s Institute, 745 Warwick Road, Solihull, B91 3DG (car park entrance on Union Road, opposite the back entrance to Solihull Hospital) from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

21st March - Guest speaker: Shivam Arora, Digital Media Manager from NRAS will be presenting 'An Update on the Work of NRAS'
