The first daffodil

This is the first daffodil i have been able to photograph.To me this means spring is on its way and warmer weather will soon be here and hopefully my body will stop screaming at me.xxxx

I have some blooming in a pot indoors only.

Sleet showers here today. But signs of approaching Spring along with slowly lengthening days is very cheering!

How beautiful! I planted over 300 bulbs in October and only some small shoots coming through. Hope all those efforts weren't in vain. My usually faithful things are on their way however! Only snowdrops are blooming. xxxx

A very brave daffodil. Even though we don’t live a million miles from you our daffodils are nowhere near flowering yet.
