Worst night ever with nausea and so hot. My skin is bumpy and my urine is so dark and strong. My lips have all cracked and split today too. Lack of food and nutrition I think. I have only managed some soup in 5 days.
Enough is enough so I shall update you lovely people later on today and thank you all for your fantastic support. This is a brilliantly helpful forum xx
