Rituximab and pancreas

Good Morning All, Has anybody had problems with Rituximab affecting their pancreas? I've been 'ill' with various things over the last few weeks, and after a blood test last week I appear to have a problem with my pancreas and am in the middle of a flare.

Hi kay , i get rituximab but ive not had problems with my pancreas just low white cell count. I hope its just due to the flare and that things improve again . Sending you a warm gentle hug xx

Thanks. I'm now thinking the cortisone may have had something to do with it, so am having another blood test later this week.

After the first infusion i was very sick for a week or two . I had awful stomach pain and spent the first week in bed . The nurse thought it may have been due to the steroid bit and they slowed the infusion down and i have felt fine the last 2 ive had . I did have to remind the doctor each time but it was never an issue and it was just a couple of hours longer . 🤞🏻For your next blood test xx
