I have had RA for six years, take MXT, Naproxen, all the usual painkillers which seem to work quite well. Up until i was diagnosed i worked full time and then had to reduce hours to 23 per week. Recently fatigue is gettng worse and from being a happy smiley person I am now finding myself getting bad tempered, frustrated at feeling tired and needing to rest up. Making me feel very stressed and teary and just not wanting to go to work anymore.

Is it possible for you to have some time off? Often a break from work to rest can just tip the balance towards being able to cope again.
have you seen the NRAS booklet to give to employers found under
