Hi hope you are all well just letting you know of my experience with ldn ( low dose naltrexone) I am on on 0.5 the highest is 4.5 you can start on any dose I have had no pain feel Better than I was still have a long way to go but looking forward to higher doses than what I am on you can go on any dose at any time
