Hi Sylvi ,

Yes , your winter coming soon .....

I don't like the winter ......does it get really cold there, in midwinter. Do you get snow? Somehow I don't think my body would like all that cold weather over there.

Hope your back is improving .....

Where are you? The open is easy to get tickets for in early rounds.

This is my wife's last grand slam on her list. Done all the others

She will either get ground pass tickets when we are there, which are quite easy to get in the first week. Or maybe get show court tickets online. Haven't decided yet.

Yep and you drive to Sydney and miss the bushfire by 20 minutes that closes the highway in both direction for hours. Yay me!!!

Glad you are getting to see a bit of our country

dtech in reply to Someonesmother

We did quite a bit last time we came. This time doing Ulurah for a day, then tennis and a few tours.

Someonesmother profile image
Someonesmother in reply to dtech

Wow Uluru in one day, that will be a packed day. Will you fly in early morning and fly out that evening? It is an amazing spiritual place and changes colour throughout the day as the sun moves.

Glad you are doing a few tours too so much to see in this big country

dtech in reply to Someonesmother

One day there.and doing the evening tour. Then flying back to Melbourne the next day.😃

You must live in Austraila!! When my cousin first moved there, he was gob smacked at all the dangerous spiders that live there.

Did meet a few last time😳

Someonesmother profile image
Someonesmother in reply to

Yes and yes spiders, snakes, fish, jelly fish we have it all but we never think too much about it really. I guess we grow up with it so it is usual for us.

in reply to Someonesmother

His Oz wife thought it hysterical when my cousin was terrified the first time he heard the Australian Cicada.

Someonesmother profile image
Someonesmother in reply to

Oh that is so funny. I love the sound of cicadas it makes me think of summer.
