Drug trials - someone said somethin about there being a post on here?

Because of lack of treatment it has been suggested to me I look at drug trials. Where do I find out info on this?

Frustratingly all of them seem to focus on late stage RA. The consultant I saw said this is frustrating to him too as the difficult patients to understand and treat are those in the early stages
