Hi I had the same problem a few months ago and had to have extensive physio to sort it out . It lasted for a few months and was very painful. The swelling has gone down but it still doesn't look right and it's still quite painful.

I completely sympathise with you as I suffer with swollen feet, ankles and hands continually, they do go down on and off but never go back to normal completely, hope you get some relief soon xx

Hi Harvey. You have my sympathy. Yes I get the swollen feet and ankles and hands too sometimes. Have you tried soaking your feet in a hot bowl of water with added Epsom salts? I find it very soothing. My feet and ankles do go down and I am seeing a lovely podiatrist who helps a lot. I hope you get rid of that UTI and get your Humira very soon. From what I've heard it could be a godsend. Hugs

My feet always swell up including my ankles. The hot weather makes it worse. I've had a lot of surgery to both my feet and lymphatic drainage is rubbish. I always sit at home with my legs elevated higher than my hips which does help a lot. If I have to travel any distance I wear support socks. I do foot and ankle exercises on and off throughout the day as well. Shoes are a nightmare as my feet swell I have to change footwear unless I'm in crocs or fit flops😀

Hi, I too have swollen feet and very painful at times. But they are the least of the problems as some of you know I am full of problems. But it was lovely weekend for weather and I was full of pain so my dear husband was head cook and washer upper. So to all my R A friends out there I hope all is well.
