Over did it Tuesday and boy have i paid for it.

I went to town and the market for a little bit of shopping for hubby while he went down the allotment. I got the slippers for him then Tesco to get a few bits. I had help walking round the store with a assistant so i could get a walk in while there. Then i came home and sat until my hairdresser came and we sat out front while she did my hair as it was so lovely out there. While the perm was taking little son round the close as the little monkey wouldn't go to sleep. Then later in the afternoon i took my camera up the close as there was a fungi i wanted to photograph.

So yesterday i paid for it as i felt lousy all day,i spent the afternoon and evening in my bed and i went to sleep about midnight and i was down here at 4.30 am. I do feel brighter despite not having a lot of sleep and everything feels ok so i don't think i have done much damage if any.xxxxx

It can feel so good doing things even when you know you will end up paying for it in spades. I struggle with this. We have our 3 year old granddaughter and our daughter living with us so it can be a challenge.

Hope you recover quickly.

You have double the workload with your daughter and grandaughter living with you. I am still recovering from the surgery i had 2,1/2 weeks ago and seeing as i am doing so well,i am forgetting that it was a major surgery and it will take a long time to heal. I hope your family gives you more help.xxxxxx

try not over do things, should listern to myself there but I understand when you feel good after feeling so poorly for such a long time its hard not to make the most of the good days

but glad it hasn't set you back too much but gently as it goes love and hugs x
