NRAS Group Meetings— Week Commencing 7th August 2017

Great Yarmouth NRAS Group

The Great Yarmouth & Waveney NRAS Group meet in the ‘Buzz Room’ of the Louise Hamilton Centre, James Paget Hospital, Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, NR31 6LA from 5:30pm-7:00pm on the second Tuesday of each month.

8th August - Nurse Consultant Nikki Sawkins is coming to talk about 'Mindfulness'

Banbury NRAS Group

The Banbury NRAS Group meet bi-monthly on a Wednesday in the Training Room of the Horton Hospital, Oxford Road, Banbury, OX16 9AL from 6:30pm-8:00pm.

9th August - Guest speaker Clare Crouch from Apple Nutrition will present: 'Nutrition and RA'

North Hampshire & Winchester NRAS Group

The following dates for group meetings are to be held at Central 40, Chineham Park, Basingstoke RG24 8GU every other month on a Wednesday from 7:00pm-9:00pm.

9th August - Mr David Morsman, Consultant Eye Surgeon, Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, will present: ‘Rheumatoid Disease of the Eye’

Weston-super-Mare NRAS Group

Meetings are held in Conference Room 1 at The Campus, Highlands Lane, Weston-super-Mare, BS24 7DX monthly on a Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

9th August - Guest speaker: Jo Rickwood will be talking about the GP exercise referral scheme

Preston & District NRAS Group

The Preston and District NRAS group meet in the Reception area at the Minerva Health Centre, Lowthorpe Road, Deepdale, Preston, PR1 6SB. Evening meetings take place throughout the year on a Thursday from 6:30pm-8:00pm.

10th August - 'The role of exercise in patients with RA' to be presented by Sarah Fish, Physiotherapist
