hi, recently i've been waking up every morning shaking, feeling weak and breathless, heart is racing, and it's almost as if i am experiencing the symptoms of the flu without even having the flu. i'm wondering if anyone could know what this is? i'm not sure if it's because of my anxiety disorder, if it's because i need to eat something, or what. but i just would like to know some ideas about what it could possibly be. thank you all.
