I was wondering if anyone knows of any videos with people that have just been diagnosed with RA and the progression of this horrible disease. I am hoping then maybe my husband can see it instead of me just sounding like a peanuts character mwhow mwhow is all I think he hears. Thank you.

There are a lot of people's stories on NRAS.org.uk - but they generally try to show the optimistic picture so may not be what you want.

I have already said 'fine' to at least three people today! And I know I am not! So how I related to Jane!

My family and close friends know that if I say 'fine' it means I am not. The code is to add 'OK' on the end and then they know it is actually quite a good day

I have a lot of myself riding at Para-cycling events and riding as normal to be honest. Filmed by my wif and I use it to keep myself motivated!.
