After a sleepless night the time arrived for me to have my assessment for PIP

Arrived at the center in plenty of time. Was asked to take a seat at a desk.

Receptionist came to see me & told me that my appointment would have to be rearranged for another day as they were running very late.

So will have to go through the same again next week.

Funny thing though. The same woman phoned me up about 90 mins before to see if I knew where to go & check that I had all the paperwork.

That's a real pain and not great you are needing to go through the build up again but looking on a positive you might get a better meeting if the assessor isn't stressed about running late.

Hi car-p

I truly feel for you that is absolutely terrible that you have to go through that again 😡 They don't have any consideration or empathy for people who are really ill. I truly wish you all the best of luck for next week and please let us know how you get on. You take good care of yourself and I hope that you are as well as you can be.🤗🤗xx Jan101

Outrageous. If they were efficient this couldn't happen. I expect they are placed under pressure to see as many people as possible and over-reach themselves? Have they any idea how you'd feel both physically and emotionally...not paid to think that way perhaps. Sorry to hear about your wasted visit.

Well, that sucks doesn't it? So sorry about that...
