Methotrexate and massage

Just wondering. Can I have massages whilst on methotrexate??

I had a deep tissue one from the physio two weeks ago. I'm on mtx and tocilizumab which is a biologic, so I was quite bruised afterwards.

Yes absolultely, i totally rely on them. i them then once a month or more if I'm in need.

absolutely, if it makes you feel good do it!!!....I go to my chiro one per month as well for an alignment and more regularly if needed. My RA doctor told me do whatever I can to make me stay positive and feel good....I'm doing a good job and my hubby said : are you the Queen...hehe....Queen of ME
