I am on a facebook forum, where Rose Hip has come up as a possible help towards RA.
I have read the Arthritis Research info, but wonder if anyone here has taken it, and to what effect?
I am not usually one for herbal medicine, but am interested in this one. (I liked rose hip as a child.)

I've been on Tumeric tablets & Rosehip for 1 month and feel like a new person! These are the best supplements I've ever tried for anything & have confirmed to me that alternative Med is def worth trying. I've come off rosehip but continued with turmeric & still feel fantastic. I'm off Codeine & don't take anything else and finally feel I'm getting my life back. 
I am taking rose hip for a sore knee &shoulders. Up to now it hasn't helped me,I also take Turmaric.

I took Rosehip capsules from Healthcraft for around a year & found no Benefit ...so I stopped.
But I still reckon anything is worth a try to get rid of RA aches & pains.
I was thinking of taking some Turmeric & black pepper on Holiday with me, but as I only have a sore wrist & am on RTX...I wonder if I should leave well alone!
