NRAS Group Meetings— Week Commencing 6th February 2017

Chesterfield NRAS Group

2017 group meetings are held at Bridge Street Methodist Church, (also known as Pilsley Methodist Church) Bridge Street, Pilsley, Chesterfield, S45 8HE on the first Tuesday of each month from 6:30pm-8:00pm.

7th February - Guest speaker: Karen Moran from the Derbyshire Carers Association in Chesterfield: derbyshirecarers.co.uk

Banbury NRAS Group

The Banbury NRAS Group meet bi-monthly on a Wednesday in the Training Room of the Horton Hospital, Oxford Road, Banbury, OX16 9AL from 6:30pm-8:00pm.

8th February - Guest speaker Cynthia Srikesavan will present: 'an evidence based hand exercise programme for people with RA'

Isle of Wight NRAS Group

Coffee morning: Wednesday 8th February, 11am at Thompson Garden Centre, Watery Lane, Newchurch, PO36 0LX

Weston-super-Mare NRAS Group

This group have a new meeting location! Meetings are now held in Conference Room 1 at The Campus, Highlands Lane, Weston-super-Mare, BS24 7DX monthly on a Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

8th February - Guest speaker: Rae who is a Hypnotherapist, will be showing us some relaxation techniques

West Suffolk NRAS Group

The West Suffolk NRAS group meet every other month on a Thursday at Southgate Community Centre, Caie Walk, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk IP33 2PJ (for sat nav please use postcode: IP33 2QA - parking available on site) from 6:45pm-8:15pm.

9th February - Guest speaker will be a representative of Age UK Suffolk

You, your family, friends and healthcare professionals are all very welcome to attend and you don’t have to be a member of NRAS to attend a group meeting!
