Hi everyone. I just found out I have COPD so I'm out here gathering up info so I know how to take care of myself. I also have RA. Do u know nf COPD is a interstitial lung disease? Thank you. Ruchgjrk

Having a firm diagnosis does help, as otherwise you worry about everything! I've found the British Lung Foundation website very clear and well laid out.
