Best day to inject Benepali?

Morning. I've just received a phone call from Healthcare at Home to let me know they're going to deliver my Benepali injections tomorrow! At last! Just wondering when would be the best day to inject it to avoid side effects etc on the days I work? I work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and have a 25 mile motorway drive to work. But also don't want to write off my weekends! Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks.

Hi I take mine on a Friday night before bed and I take my mtx inj on a Sunday night before bed, I've been on Benepali for nearly 3 months now and not had any side affects and my pain has subsided quite a lot although I still get small flares now and again but not on the scale I had before, I still get fatique but I blame that on the mtx

I do mine on a Monday evening as that's when I was told to do them as the nurse came out that day. I never had any reactions so was lucky.
