10.45am: What is a carer? – Ben Muller, Carers Self-Assessment, Development Officer

11.15am: Portsmouth Hospitals Carers team – Claire Dyson, Practice Transformation Matron

12 noon: Questions and close

Venue - Education centre, E Level, Queen Alexandra Hospital, Cosham, PO6 3LY

This session is available to anybody who is a carer and not just for Rheumatology patients. Refreshments will be provided
