Female Kudu with a nasty wound. The birds are actually helping to keep the wound clean and prevent infection.

Oh that is nasty, attacked by something maybe?

We couldn't figure it out. Wasn't a predator or there would be multiple cuts from claws. So maybe caught itself on a fence was our best guess.
