National Eye Health Week

Vision really matters and this week ‘sees’ the 7th annual National Eye Health Week. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) affects not only the joints but has extra articular (outside the joints) manifestations as well.

About a quarter of people affected by RA have eye problems as a result, so being aware of your eye health and having regular tests as part of your checks is essential.

NRAS is supporting National Eye Health Week by raising awareness and promoting the importance of healthy eyes and vision! nras.org.uk/eye-health-and-ra
