Getting sick of the weather changes.......

Does anyone else feel this way. I am fed up to the back teeth with one day being hot the next wet and cloudy. It so affects my body and all my diseases. My fingers are so sore from the ra and the fibro is kicking me in the butt. My back has joined in the fun as well. xxxxxx

It is beautiful to have days and days of sunshine, but it is taking it's toll. Swollen feet, dragging around cannot sleep at night and increase in pain as joints swell.

I am off to Durham next week and if i complain about the drop in temperature someone slap me.

Same here.

I've started an app based survey which is gathering data to research the link between weather and pain. I've not been doing it long but there is a definite pattern emerging.

If anyone is interested Google 'cloudy with a chance ofpain''. It helps the researchers but is also helping me understand my body better too xx

Bright and breezy = good

Damp and gloomy or humid = bad

That's how my pain level views the weather anyway.

I say to my husband that we should move to Australia but he hates the heat, lol

Hope you have a good day everyone, whatever the weather xxx

Hi Sylvia

Have psoriatic Arthritis as well as RA and Fibromyalgia. Heat makes everything swell but doesn't ache as much. Damp or wet everything aches. Cannot sleep when hot and or humid. Love the cooler sunny windy days best but British weather doesn't allow many of these. Just have to get on as best we can. Hope this helps. We have to get some NICE days sometime. Good luck.

Yeah Im struggling with the heat and humidity too. Just got in from work and filled a bowl full of cold water to soak my feet, i say my feet but they're definitely not my feet, someone's swapped them! Desperate for cooler fresher weather, I'm exhausted and hurting. Hope those of you who enjoy the heat are pain free and soaking it up. X
