well for the last 3 weeks have had major problems with my knees!! last week left knee seized no major swelling, but it wouldn't bend but the pain has been off the scales, so Doctor has arranged urgent MRI.

Then last night left knee and right ankle decided to unite and let me know they are still around. On max plus dose for Tramadol, doctor told me to try paracetamol in-between dont forget our cure all friend Mr Steroids.

So what else, mmm oh yes arranged for Boss lady to have a helicopter flight, apparently when she had stopped crying afterwards, it was the best thing ever.

The smile on her face did attested to that , and that she couldn't stop talking about all the way home and well into the night.

This morning was awoken by a wet tongue licking my face a pair of big sorrowful looking eyes staring into mine, No it wasn't the boss (snigger snigger) but charlie the ASPO dog. reason he is called Aspo he ate around about £90 of wedding goodies Cornish fudge, shortbread, chocolates, and a Parma ham (boss lady doesn't know about that!!! bit ) Anyway life goes on, hoped this made a few people forget their problems and laugh.
